Who is RCG?

Beth Robertson

Co-Founder, CEO

Beth’s career started in database / systems management and programming. She “finds her spark” in anything design related and working with our clients to create the best solution for them. She is an expert WordPress website developer; using custom CSS, HTML and PHP. Beth also often uses AirTable integrations to display database content on websites. She also is an expert using Adobe Photoshop and many other software programs. Beth manages all client relationships, leads website management projects, and is the creative designer for RCG and our clients. Beth loves to use her skills to create websites for Democratic political candidates and organizations as well as non-profit clients who work within the community to improve the lives of its residents.

Beth’s true passion is her part-time, dream gig of being a full-time Italian. She acquired her Italian citizenship in 2024 and has started a personalized travel itinerary service called Italy Roots & Routes! Check it out!

Lance Robertson

Co-Founder, CTO

Lance has been in the video games industry for almost twenty years and specializes in project management, product development and leading creative processes. He has a background in engineering and art, and is an expert in all aspects of personal computer hardware and software. He enjoys using his strong programming skills to meet clients’ needs while creating custom websites. He is the principal web development specialist for RCG.
